• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $49. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $5.95.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days after processing. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Returns — The 30-Night Calm-Down Guarantee

Every Cuddleloop product comes with a full month to prove itself. If your dog isn't calmer, sleeping better, or happier when you leave, we'll make it right.

• 30 nights, counted from delivery. Use it, wash it, let your dog actually live in it — a guarantee you can't test isn't a guarantee.
• Full refund to your original payment method. No partial credits, no restocking fees.
• We cover return shipping on your first returned item — we'll email you a prepaid label.

How to start a return

1. Email us at support@cuddleloop.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop it off — your refund is issued within 5 business days of the package scanning in.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement right away — no return needed.
